Joomla is an open source content manager system (in plain words: FREE script to build websites). Now, before you google Joomla looking for the place to download (joomla.org, be my guest ;) ), let me tell you the rest of the story. But... how do I upload my pages? You don't. The system comes with a wysiwyg editor (what you see is what you get), so if you can use a text editor, you can write your pages...
